Here are the first 3D models from Waikiki. If you are interested in creating the high end photorealistic imagery from scratch (such as these) we are meeting this week to do a "side by side" comparison between Sketch up and 3Ds Max.
We are also gearing up for residential in Sac. So need your scheds for the next week.
